How long will my Bronze Plaque take to arrive?
Once we receive payment for your order, delivery will take from four to six weeks.
If you want the plaque to arrive in time for a specific date such as an anniversary, please understand that unforeseen circumstances can delay the arrival of your plaque beyond the above time-frame.
Please contact us if you would like your plaque delivered within a shorter time frame. We may be able to help although a small surcharge might apply. Our sales and design team will be happy to assist you.
How much do Forever Shining bronze products cost?
Generally, the cost of Forever Shining products is determined by the size of the item and the quantity and size of any photos, motifs, logos, text, etc. that are applied to the product. Larger, more complicated products will cost more than smaller less complicated products of the same type.
The cost of a plaque created using the Design Your Own (DYO) online design system is immediately accessible via the “Check Price” button. This will show the total price of your plaque including delivery as well as a breakdown of the cost of each element of your plaque.
Pricing information as well product details is also available by hovering your mouse over Question mark icons in the left-hand menu.
Do your bronze products require special maintenance or upkeep?
No. A soft cloth and soapy water is all that is required for cleaning. Rinse and dry your plaque, then buff with clean soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or materials as these may damage your Bronze Plaque.
Will my cemetery allow a bronze plaque memorial?
Each cemetery has its own rules and regulations.
If you intend to install your plaque in a cemetery or memorial park, please check with the cemetery before your purchase.

Shipping, prices and cemetery rules
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. Shipping across Canada is included in the price the online designer shows in Canadian dollars, and the plaque can go to your door or to the cemetery office. We also ship to every US state through our US site.
How much does a plaque cost?
The designer shows the price in Canadian dollars as you change the size and options. On 22 October 2026 a 12 by 8 inch laser etched black granite plaque was $576.75, a 12 by 8 inch traditional engraved plaque $262.90 and a 24 by 24 inch black granite headstone $2,677.75, all with shipping included. Cast bronze is priced the same way as you choose the size.
Will my cemetery accept a plaque bought from you?
Most do. Every cemetery sets its own marker rules in a by-law, a diocesan regulation or a private rulebook, and some charge a setting or inspection fee whoever supplies the marker. In British Columbia the law says the operator must allow a memorial bought elsewhere if it complies with the cemetery’s rules. Tell us the cemetery and section and we check before you order. Our province by province guide lists the rules and fees we have found.
Do I see a proof before the plaque is made?
Yes. Every order receives a free written proof showing the layout at true scale. You can hand it to the cemetery office for approval, ask for changes, and nothing is cast or etched until you approve it.
What is the Ontario 173 square inch rule?
Under Ontario Regulation 30/11 the care and maintenance contribution for a flat marker is $0 under 173 square inches and $100 at 173 square inches or more, paid to the cemetery and separate from our price. A 12 by 8 inch plaque is under the line and a 22 by 12 inch marker is over it. Our Ontario guide has a calculator and the setting fees.
Can I put a photo on a plaque or headstone?
Yes. A full colour photograph is fired onto a porcelain tile and set into bronze or granite, so it stays clear through Canadian winters. Add the photo in the designer and the price updates with the tile size. See ceramic photo tiles.
Can you add a name to an existing plaque?
Often yes. A matching name plate or a replacement plaque is usually the answer, depending on the original and the cemetery. Send us a photo of the plaque and we will tell you the options. Our guide on adding a name to an existing plaque explains them.
Do you make pet memorials?
Yes. Laser etched black granite pet plaques, pet mini headstones and natural pet rocks with your pet’s portrait, name and dates, designed online with your own photo and shipped to your door. See laser etched pet plaques.
